Not just a luxury. There are many benefits to massage from relaxing to injury prevention while training. Incorporating a massage into your training will help your overall performance. Having a good massage will release muscle soreness and fight off tensions around the body. Many people suffer with aches when they could be walking pain free from a series of massages. Kirsty offers deep tissue massage, with 14 years experience she can help with muscular injury's, aches and pains around the neck and shoulders, tension headaches and an overall release.

Body Reflexology, Flow with Fran

Body Reflexology is a more direct and modern style of Reflexology Treatments, where the practitioner stimulates both feet & body to create & invite change into the body tissues. This is done by working on meridian lines and stimulating the superficial tissues of the body.

The treatment can aid immune system, help fight headaches, back or muscle ache, bad circulation, bad stomach and digestive issues.

I particularly recommend it to women who struggle with their period too.
