Breathe and Heal with Dee
Danielle is a certified Breathwork facilitator from Manchester, Who suffered from Chronic Fatigue/ME for over a decade, spending a full year bed/house bound, before discovering Nervous system regulation. She now considered herself healed, and has since trained to become a breathwork facilitator, a technique that has greatly supported her healing and helped her not only regain her energy but to release emotional blockages, process trauma, and move past negative thinking patterns and behaviours.
When we suppress emotions, we create a build-up of emotional energy, and it gets stored and stuck in parts of the body. When these emotions aren't processed, it can cause us mental, emotional and physical pain. Conscious connected Breathwork can release stored emotional energy and survival stress that is held in the body.
