Rebekah Esdale is a welcoming Nutrition Clinic which provides personalised services to individuals who wish to improve health through nutrition and lifestyle.

Rebekah is a specialist in supporting women struggling with stress and anxiety to help regain balance through nutrition and lifestyle medicine. She provides you with tools you need to feel more energised, confident and ready to face the days ahead.

Offering assessments and treatments if you are in pain, want advice or hands on treatments. Katie is also passionate about women's health and does pelvic floor workshops and postnatal classes.

Sue Morris Counselling

Sue is a BACP Registered Therapist, and a qualified Person Centred Counsellor. In addition to her Private Practice she has over 2 years’ experience of working with clients at Macmillan Wellbeing Centre, a part of Pennine NHS Trust that supports people and their families affected by Cancer or other life limiting conditions. Prior to this she spent several years working for a national mental health charity. During this period, Sue helped to support people with a range of anxiety issues including: Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Agoraphobia, and Specific Phobias


Sue offers a free 30 minute Initial Assessment session. This is an opportunity for you to meet Sue and see if you feel she is someone you can work with in future therapy sessions. You can also find out more about the type of therapy she provides, and feel confident that the Person Centred is appropriate for your needs at this point in time.

Having a good massage will release muscle soreness and fight off tensions around the body. Many people suffer with aches when they could be walking pain free from a series of massages. Kirsty offers deep tissue massage, with 14 years experience she can help with muscular injury's, aches and pains around the neck and shoulders, tension headaches and an overall release.


Clinical Reflexology by Claire

Claire has been a Beauty Therapist for fifteen years and over the years has worked as a mobile therapist and in salons. Four years ago Claire set up a treatment room at her home in Cheadle Hulme offering a variety of beauty treatments. Over the years she developed more of an interest in holistic treatments especially after she benefited from having regular reflexology whilst going through a very difficult divorce. Claire found the reflexology treatments really helped with her feelings of stress, anxiety and insomnia and she always left feeling recharged and relaxed. Claire is a member of The Association of Reflexologists, fully insured and DBS checked. "I am passionate about reflexology and have seen the many wonderful effects it has on clients. A client of mine once described reflexology as "a massage with a purpose" and that really is what the treatment feels like."

Alex has been a professional musician for 20 year and having trained extensively in 1:1 Sound Therapy at British Academy of Sound Therapy brings his comprehensive knowledge and intuitive understanding of sound to the world of holistic health.

Using instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, percussion, and voice, you can encounter a deep state of relaxation and experience a completely personal inner journey.
