Mindful movement guided by the breath helps to quieten the mind and connect with the body.

Wednesday Wind Down Yoga with Corina & Stef
Join Corina and Stef for a relaxing mid-week evening practice. They will each lead on alternate sessions, making every week a slightly different experience but each with the same goal of helping students take time out to find some much needed calm. Classes will include breath-led movement as well as restorative asanas to offer a refreshing session while gently building strength and flexibility – of mind and body.
Donna trained in India, in vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. Gaining her 200hour RYT teacher. Her classes are a mixture of dynamic flows, meditation and slow practice to bring the mind into the present moment. Her focus is awareness to the breath in all practice slowing down the mind, bringing a sense of clarity. Donna's classes bring peace, joy and fun... on and off the mat.
Cat trained in India in Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Meditation. She is an 200hour RYT teacher. Yoga became her tool for life when overcoming mental health challenges, and allowed her to rediscover the body and mind, moving away completely from the traditional gym routine. Her classes are creatively sequenced and focus on taking the mind and body through a moving meditation, combining dynamic and static movement, allowing people to explore movement, find balance, strength and fluidity, whilst quietening the mind and surrendering to the mat.
