Join Rachael for Mindful Yoga, an inclusive class suitable for both absolute beginners and more experienced practitioners, based on Hatha yoga principles.  

Mindful movement guided by the breath helps to quieten the mind and connect with the body.  

The class will incorporate short breathwork and meditation practices and finish with relaxation, cultivating a sense of wellbeing.

Restorative Vinyasa Flow for Beginners with Laura Wilson

Laura is a yoga teacher who combines vinyasa and asana to create dynamic yoga sequencing which is suitable for beginners to intermediate yoga practitioners. Working on harnessing energy and developing asana to help support healthy bodies and minds.


Combining modern and traditional practices enabling students to work through whatever issues they feel are impacting their lives.

Wednesday Wind Down Yoga with Corina & Stef 

Join Corina and Stef for a relaxing mid-week evening practice. They will each lead on alternate sessions, making every week a slightly different experience but each with the same goal of helping students take time out to find some much needed calm. Classes will include breath-led movement as well as restorative asanas to offer a refreshing session while gently building strength and flexibility – of mind and body.

Andrea's Thursday Ashtanga Yoga session is the full primary series done in 90 minutes. A challenging consistent sequence with occasional variations into the 2nd series for advanced practice.
