Join Rachael for Mindful Yoga, an inclusive class suitable for both absolute beginners and more experienced practitioners, based on Hatha yoga principles.  

Mindful movement guided by the breath helps to quieten the mind and connect with the body.  

The class will incorporate short breathwork and meditation practices and finish with relaxation.

My aim is to provide a welcoming and supportive space in which the therapeutic properties of gentle yoga and movement can be experienced in order to support wellbeing.

This 45 minute lunch time 12-12.45pm Yoga Flow to get moving and release any stagnant or negative energy from your morning.
Feel energised and renewed and ready to feel productive for whatever you have planned for the rest of your day.

In this class we will:
-Build strength and create heat in the body
-Gain flexibility connecting the breath to the movement mindfully
-Slow flow to clear any stagnant energy and get the body moving whilst having enough time to get into the poses
-Lot's of modifications available so pick which variation of the pose works for you

Join Alex for a Sacred Flow, a weekly journey back your Self!


Alex's biggest passion is helping others find greater peace and joy through the tools of yoga. As someone who has struggled with mental health issues for many years, Alex's style is gentle and compassionate. The classes are suitable for all levels and are designed to help you reconnect with yourself and build faith in just how incredible you really are. Sacred Flow is a deeply healing practice that invites you to explore the felt sense of your Self. It's a journey into the essence of who you really are and what you need...A process of Homecoming. Through the use of tools such as free movement, asanas, somatics and mind-body centering you are being given an opportunity to reconnect to your body and heart, release what no longer serves you and strengthen the relationship with your beautiful being.

Wednesday Wind Down Yoga with Corina & Stef 

Join Corina and Stef for a relaxing mid-week evening practice. They will each lead on alternate sessions, making every week a slightly different experience but each with the same goal of helping students take time out to find some much needed calm. Classes will include breath-led movement as well as restorative asanas to offer a refreshing session while gently building strength and flexibility – of mind and body.

Andrea's Thursday Ashtanga Yoga session is the full primary series done in 90 minutes. A challenging consistent sequence with occasional variations into the 2nd series for advanced practice.

Join Jen for Hot Vinyasa Yoga, an class suitable for all levels based on vinyasa yoga principles. 

Jen trained in Sicily where she first fell in love with the deeply immersive combination of heat and yoga.

Hot yoga provides an extra physical and mental challenge. During Jens hot class the studio will be heated up to 30 degrees. The heat creates an environment to get you to do deeper into postures and provide an extra cardiovascular workout. Jen will carefully guide you through each posture in her flow class, offering breathing techniques before bringing you to a super relaxing savasana. Suitable for all levels.

Hot Vinyasa Yoga


Hot Yoga Flow with Cat

Cat trained in India and has been a teacher for  years. Hot Yoga is done in a room warmed up by using infrared heaters, where your body temperature will be raised slightly. Hot Yoga aids detoxification, flexibility, toning, strength and most importantly, time to connect with that inner self to recharge and refresh. Suitable for all levels.

Flow with Fran

Fran is a bubbly and friendly chick who moved to the UK in April 2016 in search of a better life and health. Ever since she was young she felt driven to learn and put into practice different types of movements as a way of setting her mind free from chaotic thoughts and self-doubt.
Her journey of recovery from an eating disorder has led her to a career change, now offering what made her feel good in the first place: yoga and reflexology.

Practice 90 minutes of led primary series of Ashtanga on Friday evenings or join Fran on Sunday evenings for an hour of much needed R&R (rest&restore).
A guided practice to find a softer body and more relaxed mind, great to soothe anxious minds and stiff bodies.
