Do you know that a practice of breath led movement, can bring you benefits such as steadiness, strength and calming an over stimulated nervous system?
My experience has led me from an exercise-based form of yoga, to a more body-connected way of practising. This can restore balance to our bodies and minds through moving in a way that is grounding and soothing alongside breathing practices and meditation.
I offer a gentle, uplifting and mindful yoga practice suitable for beginners and people of all levels of ability and fitness. At this session you will have an opportunity to let go of thinking, find a sense of peace and feelings of balance that you can carry with you into your daily life.

Kundalini Global Yoga & Breath with Lindsey
The Kundalini Global method of yoga works with the stress system to help us feel less anxious and contracted. With this method of yoga, we quickly experience how movement and breath can change how we feel. The practice supports our nervous system health - vagal tone, neurotransmitter & hormone release and neuroplasticity, and I explain a bit about how it works as we go along. It's especially helpful for anxiety, low mood, addictive behaviours and cravings. It's unattached to any religious or spiritual practice and it's suitable for all body types and levels of fitness. However, please note classes are not suitable for pregnant women. I create an open warm-hearted space where you can feel the effects of the practice on your nervous system, and soak up the opportunity for some rest. I'd love you to join me.

Donna Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic sequence of postures, each one designed to gently open the body for the next one. It builds strength and flexibility in the body.
Because we concentrate on the breath, it also becomes a moving meditation.
Because we practice the same postures, they become familiar for the body to do so you can switch off your mind and just concentrate on the breath.
In this class each movement is connected by the breath and counted in Sanskrit, to help you to focus inwards.
Donna has practiced Ashtanga for 25 years, studying with some of the best teachers in the world. She has been teaching for 11 years and was authorised to teach primary and second series by Manju Jois.

Yoga with Ola
Thigh muscles, back pain, hunched back, stress, anxiety, insomnia... who doesn't suffer from one or the other these days? Ola will teach you to slow down and tune in to your body. She became a yoga teacher after realising that mindful movement, conscious breathing, increased mobility, and meditation are key to our overall well-being.
As a fitness trainer and PT since 2018, with wide nutrition knowledge, she now knows that the union of the body and mind - taught through yoga - for many of us is a missing element to feel better and look better (including fat loss!)
This class is designed to make you feel relaxed: helping to release the stress and soften the stiff muscles. Grounding, breathing exercises, light, and easy flow sequences will gently prepare muscles for deeper, static stretches, soft twists, and hip tension releases.
