Coronavirus - Guidance for staying safe

The best way we can keep safe and healthy is by working together.

We know things have been very tough in many different ways for lots of people in the last (nearly) 2 years. Advice about how to minimise the risk of Coronavirus is taken seriously as the disease continues to spread. We aim to give you an environment you can trust is safe to be in so you can get back to focusing on the things that matter the most; your physical and mental health. We are following the guidance issues by Public health England so for now all our services are running as 'normal' as possible here at The Hub.

However we recommend students note the following:
-
Follow Public Health England advice on washing hands more often than usual for at least 20 seconds using soap and hot water. We suggest before and after you attend class. Anti-bacterial hand-gel is also helpful and available at the studio.
-
Please stay at home if you are unwell, or have returned from any high risk areas, as currently recommended by Public Health England.
-
Do use your own mat and equipment, eg blocks and blankets, if possible, even if you normally use the ones at the studio. If you need advice on where to buy these items please contact your instructor for advice.
-
If you have to use the studio mats, or any other equipment please clean after use with the products provided, we have anti-bacterial spray for soft and hard surfaces.
-
Surfaces such as door handles, benches, sills and ledges at the studio are being regularly cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes or spray.
-
Teachers are avoiding using hands-on adjustments, using verbal communications and/or demonstrations instead
-
We have restricted the number of people in the waiting area to avoid the communal areas getting crowded.
-
We ask you to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before any 1-1 services or classes booked so avoid overlapping of clients or class participants.
We will continue to monitor the situation locally and follow government advice, making further changes if necessary as the situation evolves.
